Italian taxpayers can donate their "5 × 1000" share to Sudin by writing our tax identification code 94100040305 in their tax return.

Tax benefits

Sudin is a non-profit organisation of social utility (ONLUS) under Italian law. For individuals (Italian taxpayers) You may deduct 19% of the donated amount from your gross IRPEF tax, up to a maximum donation of €2,065.83 (Art. 13-bis, comma 1, letter 1-bis of D.p.r. 917/86); or deduct from your taxable IRPEF income up to 10% of your total declared income, with a cap of €70,000 per year (Art. 14, comma 1 of Decree Law 35/05). For companies (Italian taxpayers) Companies may deduct from their taxable IRES income up to 10% of declared income, with a cap of €70,000 per year (Art. 14, comma 1 of Decree Law 35/05). Sudin is a Onlus run entirely by volunteer members who receive no compensation, so ALL contributions go directly to the Ireneo Dud school.
